Mac N Cheese 

Topping: 

1 cup Panko

1 clove garlic, minced

1 Tbsp melted butter

Mix all 3 ingredients. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes. Set aside.

1 lb bag of Pasta di Gragnano

1 egg

1 cup half and half

1 tsp dry mustard

1/2 Tbsp Tony Chachere's 

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

2 cups monterey jack, shredded

6 Tbsp butter, cold

Preheat oven to 350. Cook pasta according to package directions. Shred cheeses. Mix egg and half and half. When pasta is cooked, strain and put back into pan. Add half and half mixture, stirring constantly.  Add dry mustard, Tony Chachere's, and minced garlic. Continue to stir. Add cheeses (reserving 1/2 cup) and continue stirring. Add cold tbsps of butter and continue to stir. Place in baking dish abd tio wutg 1/2 cup cheese. Bake for 10 minutes. Top with Panko and parsley.
