Fridays are for Frittatas
1/2 half roll breakfast sausage
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 c water
Fresh veggies of your choice- peppers, onions, spinach, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes
Preheat oven to 350. Cook sausage over medium high heat. Whisk eggs and water. Add parmesan cheese. Once sausage is almost fully cooked, add veggies. Cook for a few minutes, until veggies are sweating. add egg mixture and cook until edges are golden and look almost done. Place pan in oven and bake for 10 minutes.
