2lbs ground beef
Montreal Steak seasoning
Lawry's Seasoning Salt
5 cloves fresh minced garlic
For Garnish:
cherry tomatoes
super greens
pickles
american cheese
ketchup
mustard
Mix ground beef, seasonings and garlic. Shape into meatballs. Cook in cast iron skillet on medium high heat. Wash veggies, cut pickles and quarter cheese squares.
After meatballs are nice and brown, bake them at 375 for additional 15 minutes. Melt cheese last few minutes. Dress meatballs with veggies using long toothpics. Set meatballs on dollops of ketchup and mustard.
