Flavor as vibrant as the color

Mango Pico de Gallo. Fresh. Flavorful. Nothing like ripened sweet mango with crunchy sweet peppers, and a touch of boldness from red onions. This flavorful treat is amazing with fish tacos, baked fish, burrito bowls, or quesadillas. Regardless of the dish, this is easy to make, adds flavor to tantalize your palate and color to complete your presentation.

1 ripened mango

1/3 or 1/2 of a red onion (you want to make sure this bold flavor doesn't over power)

6 medium size red sweet peppers

Cilantro

1/2 tbsp of sugar

juice of 1 lime


Peel & cut mango into 1/2" chunks. Finely dice onion. Seed and clean out the membranes of the sweet peppers. Finely dice peppers, chop cilantro. Sprinkle sugar, add lime juice. Mix all ingredients.
