Salsa Fresca

Salsa Fresca. There’s nothing like eating fresh. This was easy to create. I used a pint of grape tomatoes, A couple of vine ripened tomatoes, juice of a lime, salt, pepper, half red onion, sprigs of cilantro, 3 cloves fresh minced garlic, and a drizzle of olive oil. The longer it sits the more the flavors really marinate with each other.
