Sweet Potato Toast is a Thing

Not only is it appealing to the eye with all the vibrant colors, it is healthy, packed with nutrients and absolutely delicious. Instead of using a toaster or toaster oven, I brushed with a little bit of butter and baked the sweet potato slices at 400 for 20 minutes. Then, I added these flavor packed toppings.
