These scrumptious roasted carrots with garlic, butter and thyme takes less than 30 minutes and they are loaded with flavor.
Raw carrots, wash and trim stems
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
2 sprigs fresh thyme
1/8 cup butter, melted
1/8 cup EVOO
Combine melted butter and EVOO. Brush on carrots. Sprinkle fresh minced garlic and thyme over carrots. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
