Toad in a Hole

Bread slice


A glass or cookie cutter



Use end of glass or cookie cutter to cut out the center of the slice of bread.  Heat butter in pan and place slice of bread with center into pan.  Crack open egg in the center cavity.  Season toad.  Cook until egg whites are firm. Flip only once.  Serve with your favorite breakfast sausage or bacon and veggies.
